POLICIES
Our items are handmade therefore we have a no return/refund policy in place. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your item if there is a problem with your order.
Items ship between 7-10 business days.
Items are ready for pickup between 7-10 business days, unless other arrangements have been made. There is a $25.00 RUSH FEE ADDED TO ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME.
We do not hold purchased items. Customers have 21 business days to pick orders up or they will be returned to inventory. If it is a custom order, those orders will be placed in storage. Once placed in storage there will be a $10.00 storage fee added to the item and must be paid upon pickup.
Deposits & Payments
All purchases require a deposit or full payment. It is completely left up to the buyer to submit payment once amount is agreed upon. If no payment is made within 3 business days of order, the process will start over again. All invoices must be paid within a 24-hour period. We move on to the next customer after that period.
