*Mai'Rose Desizn Policies – Important Information**

Thank you for considering purchasing from Mai'Rose Desizn. Our handmade items come with specific policies that you must understand before placing your order. All of our items are handmade with love therefore there may be some imperfections. By buying from us, you are adhering to our no refund/no return policy. We will do everything within means to accommodate each customer.
Please read the following information carefully:

**Return and Refund Policy:** We do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Our items are handmade and typically made to order. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item for us to address it.

**Shipping and Pickup:** - Items ship within 7 to 14 business days. - For local customers, items will be available for pickup within 7 to 10 business days unless other arrangements have been made. - Be aware that a $35.00 RUSH FEE will be applied to any orders that fall outside the standard processing times.
**Where do you ship to?
Thank you for choosing our store for your shopping needs. We are happy to offer shipping to all 50 states in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as international destinations.
Shipping rates will vary depending on the location of the recipient. The cost of shipping will be calculated during the checkout process, and you will be able to see the shipping cost before you finalize your purchase.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply to their order. (Shipping cost may vary from checkout )

**Order Holding and Pickup:** - We do not hold purchased items. You have 21 business days from the date of purchase to pick up your order. If you fail to do so, it will be returned to inventory. - Custom orders will be placed in storage after 21 days, incurring a $10.00 storage fee, which must be settled prior to pickup.

**Custom Prints:** - Our custom printing service does not include weeding vinyl. Your payment covers only the printing of your specified design, not the creation of new designs.

**Deposits and Payments:** - All purchases require a deposit or full payment upfront. Once the terms are finalized, it is absolutely your responsibility to submit payment promptly. - Payment must be made within 3 business days. If this does not happen, the order will reset. All invoices are due within 24 hours; failure to comply means we will move on to the next customer.

**Embroidery Policies:** - All embroidery orders require advance payment. - Expect a turnaround of up to 14 business days for embroidered items. For faster service, contact us directly. - If you receive a discounted rate for embroidery services, you will incur an additional $5.00 hooping fee per item. - Any orders that require completion in less than 7 business days will be considered rush orders and will incur a $35.00 fee.

**Cancellation Policy:** Due to the custom-made nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Ensure that you fully understand our policies, terms, and conditions before proceeding with your order. Refunds will not be issued for customer oversight regarding our processing and shipping timelines—7 to 14 days, excluding holidays and weekends. By placing an order, you are agreeing to our policies with no exceptions.

**Health and Safety Notice:** In line with COVID-19 safety measures, returns are not accepted for any reason, including size or color discrepancies. Confirm that you are ordering the correct size and color before completing your purchase. We do not take responsibility for errors made by the client, such as selecting the wrong size or color. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and sizing charts thoroughly prior to ordering. Colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings. We strive for accurate product representation but cannot guarantee the color will match exactly. Although some of these policies may seem strict, they are designed to prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers and employees. Your understanding and cooperation are required. How do I place a custom order that I don't see on the website?
We offer a variety of options for our customers, including combining designs from our website or creating all-new designs from scratch. Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including the size and intricacy of the design, the number of designs requested, and their placement.
